Cloaked in long traditions of ritual and celebration, one may consume twice the recommended amount a day without even realizing it. Well, back in the baked heyday of 1973, Parsons (as in the New School for Design) decided to give tribute to the delectable vice that is bread and produced a yearbook that “was representative of student interests and values without being strictly autobiographical.” The outcome is Parson’s Bread Book, and how perfectly toasted the crust is.
